CALX Group, LLC is a Management Services Consulting Company founded in 2006. We partner with companies who are face-to-face with intricate organizational challenges in the effort to help them overcome insurmountable hurdles. We primarily engage with our clients at the executive, investor and board level and CALX’s extensive network of industry experts and specialists allows us to quickly provide unique insights and partner with our clients in order to create strategies that both achieve the desired goals and preserve the existing corporate identity.

Jonathan B. D’Agostino

Jonathan D'Agostino is a business development specialist with over 13 years of experience originating and structuring alternative investments for institutional and strategic investors. Over the course of his career, Jonathan has successfully executed deals in travel & lodging, aeronautics, health, veterinary care, and real-estate fields. He currently serves as Managing Member of the CALX Group LLC, and is the co-owner and operator of D'Agostino & Fiore Contemporary Art (f/k/a ROX gallery), located in the heart of New York’s Upper East Side.

In his current capacity as Special Advisor to El Salvador for 'Commercial Transactions in the State New York,' CALX Group has partnered with the New York El Salvadorian Consul General to develop the "Consular Matricular Identification Cards" program, providing ID cards exclusively for El Salvadoran citizens within the U.S., and are recognized by State & Federal Agencies and financial institutions.

Jonathan was co-founder of Beachside Capital LLC, a pledge fund that identified investment/ownership & takeover opportunities with a broad sector agnostic mandate from its non-funded investor-base. By 2012, Beachside purchased two European Airlines, XL France and XL Germany. He served as COO and Executive Vice President at Beachside until his departure from the firm in 2015. Prior to following his entrepreneurial pursuits, Jonathan, in 2006, joined Morgan Brothers Holdings LLC, a Merchant Banking firm, as Senior Vice President. At Morgan Brothers, Jonathan worked alongside Professor Luc Montaigne and eventually became his business partner. Prof. Montaigne’s intellectual property and their joint ____________ venture was based on his discovery of HIV. Jonathan was also an Associate at Shattuck Hammond Partners in 2004, whereby he leveraged existing relationships and launched an options trading platform under the brand Novington Partners, as well as cofound 19th Hole Group - a 3rd party consultant to Strategic Hotel Capital (Goldman Sachs' publicly traded hotel portfolio). 19th Hole was responsible for $36M of new "Group Hotel Bookings." Both Partnerships lasted 2 years. Prior to joining Shattuck, Jonathan worked for Lehman Brothers in their Fixed Income Derivatives Group.

Jonathan graduated from Fordham University in 2003 with a BS in Finance. Though a native New Yorker Jonathan travels extensively... (lead by his zeal for his business pursuits and personal growth). Jonathan speaks fluent Polish and is a dual citizen of the United States and Poland.
